Chelsea's junior side have handed the club a lift after beating Aston Villa 3-2 to reach the FA Youth Cup Final for the first time since 1961.

Goals from Sergio Tejera, Gael Kakuta and Adam Philip at Villa Park ensured Chelsea went through 4-3 on aggregate.

Chelsea will now play Manchester City over two legs in the final and

youth team coach Paul Clement said: "It was a hard game — a real roller

coaster of emotions, but I am proud of the players. It's a fantastic

achievement and playing against Manchester City will make for a good

final."

Meanwhile, Sheffield Wednesday have secured the services of on-loan

striker Ben Sahar for a further month.

The Israel international initially signed for the Yorkshire club on a

one-month loan from Chelsea in February but will now extend his

stay until April 19.
