While England and Australia are battling it out for Test cricket's most coveted prize this summer, Kevin Pietersen will be plying his trade in village cricket.
In a tongue-in-cheek video filmed for Paddy Power, the former England batsman joked that he has joined East Anglian seventh division side Filchester CC.
Pietersen is seen smashing sixes against a group of old men in the video before sledging the Aussies while giving his opinion on this summer's Ashes series.

And the 35-year-old even left the door open for a return to the team should England require his services.
'I'm on a weekly contract at Filchester,' he said. 'If you need me just say the word and I'll join you at the spiritual home of cricket - Cardiff.
Pietersen had previously said he thinks Australia will win a close series to retain the urn they won in emphatic fashion during the 2013-14 series.
'It's going to be very tough and much closer than people think, but I think Australia will probably win - 2-1 I would say,' the former England batsman said in this Paddy Power video.

'England will make it difficult and there is a lot to be said for home advantage. There is nothing like the well-lubricated roar of the Barmy Army on a lukewarm summer's day.
'Never underestimate the skill of Jimmy Anderson, he could really upset their top-order batsmen and Steve Smith might be in the runs at the moment but his batting technique is more awkward than me trying to shift the last few copies of my book - now just £2.99.
'Good luck boys, let's bring the Ashes home and show those Fosters drinking, Ramsey Street dwelling, Peter Andre exporting Aussies what we're made of.'
We can expect to see more outspoken antics from Pietersen this summer as he has signed a Ashes-long deal with the bookmaker.
