Bradford Bulls full-back Michael Platt has signed a new three-year contract,

keeping him at the Grattan Stadium until the end of the 2011 season.

Platt, 24, signed from Castleford in 2006, scoring 15 tries in 34 matches.

"I'm delighted to be staying at Bradford for another three years and I think

I've improved while I've been here," he said.

"I've still got a lot to do but the club has shown a lot of faith in me by

giving me a deal that long.

"When I signed here I knew I was coming to one of the top clubs and that's

where all players want to do their stuff."

Bulls Coach Steve McNamara said: "I am delighted we have been able to keep

Michael at the club and I am very pleased with the progress he has made since he

joined the us.

"He is an outstanding athlete and is developing into a very good full-back."
