David de Gea took his mind off the uncertainty surrounding his Manchester United future on Tuesday by hitting the shops with Spanish team-mates Ander Herrera and Juan Mata.
The Spanish goalkeeper, who looks set for a move to Real Madrid this summer, joined his compatriots for a trip to Manchester's Trafford Centre following a pre-season training session at United's Carrington base.
Despite Louis van Gaal's reluctance to lose the 24-year-old, De Gea's move to Madrid seemed to take a step closer this week as Spanish television station TVE reported that Iker Casillas is ready to leave the Bernabeu and join Porto.

United and Real remain at an impasse over De Gea's future, with the Premier League side hoping to gain defender Sergio Ramos in part-exchange.
But the departure of Casillas would strengthen Real's resolve to sign De Gea and also make it easier for new manager Rafael Benitez to manage his goalkeepers when the season begins.
United fly out on July 13 and play Mexican side Club America in their opening match on July 18. Based in California, they will face San Jose Earthquakes on July 22 and Barcelona on July 25 before heading to Chicago to take on Paris Saint-Germain on July 30.
Van Gaal's men commence their Premier League campaign at home to Tottenham on August 8 and also have a two-legged Champions League qualifier to contend with before August is out.
De Gea, 24, flew back to Manchester from Madrid on Sunday night in time for the start of pre-season training but it remains to be seen how many more times he will walk out at Carrington.
