So it’s hardly surprising that on Thursday afternoon, Jennifer Lawrence managed to dominate the crowds as she headed to the San Diego Comic-Con, held at the grand Hilton Bayfront hotel in California.

Accompanied by her co-stars Liam Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson, the 24-year-old actress looked absolutely sensational in a sexy black cut-out gown which flashed her toned midriff.

The glamorous ensemble boasted sleeveless detail and a flowing skirt, while the star added a few inches to the look with coordinating strappy high-heels.

Highlighting her striking facial features with muted tones of makeup, Jennifer kept her accessories to a minimum but splashed a pop of colour to the proceedings with burgundy talons.

Her long blonde tresses fell in loose curls, with a few pieces pinned back and wisps falling down onto the star's face.

Enjoying every moment of the convention, the Oscar winner could not contain her excitement when she bumped into popular Hollywood actor Bill Murray.

During the panel for her upcoming film, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2, Jennifer admitted her admiration for Ghostbusters star after finally getting the chance to meet him.

'I've been a huge fan of Bill Murray for a really long time,' she said. 'I've kind of spoke to him through Woody [Harrelson, her The Hunger Games co-star].

The late Philip Seymour Hoffman, Julianne Moore, and Donald Sutherland will also appear in the fourth and final instalment of the popular YA books surrounding Katniss Everdeen.
