Going Solo! Harrison Ford reveals he WALKED to Comic-Con as he makes first public appearance since horror plane crash at Star Wars panel

He broke his pelvis and ankle just months ago when he crash-landed on a California golf course.

But Harrison Ford revealed he walked to Comic-Con as he made a dramatic first public appearance at the Star Wars: The Force Awakens panel Friday night.

The 72-year-old movie icon was given wild applause after thanking fans for their concern, which came as the original trilogy’s core cast had a long-awaited reunion.

When asked how he was he told fans: “I’m fine. I walked here. Thanks for asking.”

He said: "The company was the right company, the director was the right director, Larry wrote a great story... I was proud and grateful."
