Carrie Underwood breaks down a car window to rescue infant son Isaiah locked inside

First-time mom Carrie Underwood was no doubt in panic mode when she realized her baby boy was accidentally locked inside of her very own car.

On Saturday, the 32-year-old country superstar tweeted about the incident after rescuing five-month-old son Isaiah by breaking down the vehicle's window.

The minor mishap happened just one day after she and husband Mike Fisher celebrated their five year wedding anniversary.
