She's having a busy Comic-Con.

On Friday Natalie Dormer joined a panel for her hit HBO fantasy drama series Game Of Thrones at the Convention Centre in San Diego.

And on Saturday she was back to promote her new movie, Patient Zero, at the Sony/Screen Gems panel.

The 33-year-old Brit donned a distinctive calf-length dress with a black and cream paisley pattern on the bodice and a stiff black silk skirt.

It was embellished with a turquoise design at the neckline and the high, empire waist.

She teamed it with black suede, caged, peep-toe shoes with perilously high stiletto heels.

Lust for lace in a sheer dress like Natalie

She's promoting not one, but two projects at Comic Con in San Diego. And Natalie Dormer gave us twice the fashion in a pair of wide leg Roksanda trousers and this Mary Katrantzou lace dress.

Pulled from the Pre Fall collection, the sheer bodice features a paisley embroidery, while the midi length skirt includes a subtle graphic print.

The delicate frock is right on trend with its see through motif and teamed with strappy sandals and a black clutch bag, it's the perfect piece to wear to an outdoor wedding or upscale event (click right to buy at Nordstrom).

Of course, $4095 is a lot of cash to drop for one dress so check out our edit for similar styles for less. From French Connection to Alexander McQueen all budgets are covered.

Her blonde hair was styled in an updo with a few tendrils falling around her perfectly made up face.

Natalie happily posed with co-stars Clive Standen, John Bradley and Matt Smith, of Doctor Who fame, on the carpet outside the hall before taking her place on the panel.

Also starring Stanley Tucci, Patient Zero follows a global pandemic of a super strain of rabies that turns most of humankind into highly intelligent, streamlined killers known as The Infected.

The panel also covered Pride And Prejudice And Zombies, in which Matt again co-starred.

Jane Austen's classic tale of the tangled relationships between lovers from different social classes in 19th century England is faced with a new challenge - an army of undead zombies.

Feisty heroine Elizabeth Bennet, played by Lily James, is a master of martial arts and weaponry, and Sam Reilly as the handsome Mr. Darcy is a fierce zombie killer. Matt plays the wimpy Mr. Collins.

They were joined on stage by Bella Heathcote, Douglas Booth, Jack Huston, writer-director Burr Steers and the book's author Seth Grahame-Smith for a first look at Screen Gem's adaptation of the acclaimed classic novel with a twist.
