The mane event! Chloe Sims rocks rainbow coloured braids as she shoots gay pride party scenes for TOWIE

She's not afraid to experiment with her look, and being the owner of a beauty salon means Chloe Sims has ample opportunity to try out a new 'do.

Just a couple of months after she debuted her bleached blonde hair, the TOWIE star has been showing off her new rainbow-coloured locks.

Stepping out for filming for her ITVBe show on Sunday, the 32-year-old star turned heads thanks to her multicoloured braids.

Chloe embraced the theme, proudly showing off rainbow streaks in her blonde hair as she strutted through Brentwood.

With her hair styled into cute braids, Chloe added to the statement look with a quirky outfit.

The fashion lover paired a white feathered pencil skirt with a slogan vest.

A leather jacket draped around her shoulders and some peep-toe shoe boots finished off her glam ensemble, while the star added more colour with her bright choice of lipstick and blusher.

Chloe, who has admitted in the past that Twitter bullies used to affect her confidence when she first started on TOWIE, revealed last year how much her look her changed since she joined the hit reality show in 2011.

'I've really toned down my make-up since I started the show, and I think a lot of that is to do with insecurity,' she admitted to Reveal. 'I used to wear a lot of make-up when I was younger, but I don't wear so much now. It doesn't really stress me out as much as it used to.'

'I've also got more mature and have had time to reflect. When I first started, I was involved in a "glamour world" and I'd wear low-cut dresses, but nowadays I'll dress more covered up and keep my make-up more natural.'

'Maybe it's just confidence, maybe that's what changed, and being in a different circle. I think it's very easy to get caught up with a certain "look" when you're around a different group of friends. And being in this industry, you're always penalised for things so you take it a lot more seriously.'

This week, Chloe has been receiving high praise from viewers for going au naturel during last Sunday's episode of TOWIE.

While most of the girls including Georgia Kousoulou donned a full face of slap, Chloe braved the no make-up look.

'Really happy, such a positive response to our 'no make up' night out well done to @Daniarmstrong88 @fernemccann who went bare with me', she enthused on Twitter.
