Supportive wife Zara Phillips puts on a loving display with Mike Tindall as she and sweet daughter Mia turn out for his quadrathlon event

Zara Phillips and Mike Tindall put on a loved-up display as they shared a quick kiss at the Great Kindrochit Quadrathlon on Saturday.

Accompanied by their daughter Mia, the 34-year-old royal made sure she was by her husband’s side as the rugby star took part in the sporting event at Creag an Lochain hill in Perthshire.

Dressed down in denim jeans and a navy raincoat, the Olympic equestrian looked happy and relaxed as she carried her 18-month-old child in her arms.

The former England rugby captain was appropriately clad in sporty knee-length shorts and a neon visor jacket which was coupled with sturdy blue walking boots.

Tindall, 36, is one of about 300 sports men and women taking part in the sporting event which sees challengers take on a 1.35km swim, followed by a 24km run, an 11km kayak and a 54km cycle.

The former Jump contestant will be partnered by ex-Scottish international scrum-half Rory Lawson and will compete against British skiing champions Chemmy Alcott and Dougie Crawford.

Invest in a classic pair of wayfarers like Zara Phillips

Ray-Bans have become a bit of a cult brand and we've seen everyone from Jessica Alba, Beyonce and Miranda Kerr wearing this popular make. Their specialty is classic styles that'll see you through season after season and Zara Phillips clearly has cottoned on to the eyewear brand too.

Donning simple brown matte sunnies in the wayfarer style, Zara looked chic out bike riding with her little champ and hubby.

Ray-Bans are a style staple, they're not unaffordable and they instantly give you that A-List edge. And you can snap up a pair, right, at Asos now. Raybans are unisex too so keep them for yourself or why not treat a loved one?

The range, which will be called The Zara Phillips Collection and is a collaboration with Australian designer John Calleija, will be inspired by her love of horses.

She told the Daily Mail last month: 'I am no jewellery designer but I have had a great time working, on this with Calleija.

'I hope everyone enjoys the collection as much as we have enjoyed putting it together.’

The range comprises the Saddle Suite — a line of saddle-shaped rings, earrings and pendants — and the Coronet Suite, which represents the band on a horse’s hoof.'
