Cold war spy: Henry Cavill stars as CIA Agent Napoleon Solo in Giy Ritchies big screen version of the classic TV series The Man From U.N.C.L.E.
Russian counterpart: Armie Hammer is a KGB Agent who is paired with Solo to save the world from nuclear annihilation
Boss: Hugh Grant plays Waverly, the head of the U.N.C.L.E. organization
The two leading men are joined on screen by Ex Machina's Alicia Vikander, 26, as Gaby Teller, who gets caught up in the action.
Elizabeth Debicki, 24, from The Great Gatsby, is the criminal mastermind Victoria Vinciguerra
The extended five-minute trailer also shows Hugh Grant as Waverly, the head of U.N.C.LE., and Jared Harris, who worked with Ritchie on Sherlock Holmes: Game Of Shadows, as Sanders.
On the boys team: Swedish actress Alicia Vikander joins the two agents on their mission
Girl power: Elizabeth Debicki is the ice cool blonde who runs the mysterious organization that has an atom bomb and plans to use it to start World War Three
The slick James Bond-esque production starts in what appears to be Berlin with Solo and Teller being pursued by Kuryakin.
When the car being driven by the Russian agent comes level to that driven by Teller, Solo, who's lying on the back seat, tells Teller: 'When you hear something that sounds like a gun shot, drive.'
Two shots ring out shattering the side window of Kuryakin's vehicle but he dodges the bullets and a crazy pursuit follows.
The action cuts to a rainy London where Sanders meets with Solo in a public toilet to introduce him to his new partner - but as soon as he spots Kuryakin, Solo launches himself at him and two go at it.
Not pals: The two agents come to blows when they're brought together by their bosses following a previous encounter in Berlin when Solo tried to shoot Kuryakin
Fisticuffs: The two have a down and out fight in a men's public lavatory
Reboot: Cavill and Hammer reprise the roles made famous on television in the 1960s by Robert Vaughn and David McCallum
Finally, the feud resolves long enough for them to receive their orders: to investigate the blonde and beautiful Viciguerra.
Teller joins the two guys going undercover as Kuryakin's fiancee and it's not long before sparks start flying between the pair.
As snippets of various action sequences from the movie are tantalizingly teased, Solo is heard saying: 'Things could get a little messy. End of the world, that kind of thing.'
The Man From U.N.C.L.E. opens in the UK and North America on August 14.
Undercover: While Solo tries to ingratiate himself with Viciguerra in order to find out more about the plot......
