So Victoria's Secret Angel Alessandra Ambrosio was naturally in her element as she sunned herself in her home city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on Friday while wearing a sexy one-piece.

The 34-year-old star showed off her incredible figure in a tropical print swimsuit bearing a cut-out across her stomach, lounging around by the pool with her two young children Anja and Noah.

The star is currently enjoying some time off from her modelling work in her native Brazil, where she has been filming a guest role on telenovela Verdades Secretas.

The supermodel has been engaged to businessman Jamie Mazur for seven years, but they aren't in a rush to walk down the aisle.

She previously told The Daily Telegraph: ‘Sometimes you’ve got to work on the relationship, keeping it special.

'We’re a family but sometimes it’s good to have a couple of days together alone. We get to hang out for a little bit, just me and him, which is really nice.’

Ambrosio’s hectic lifestyle hasn’t made it very easy for the couple, who have two children, Anja, six, and Noah, three, to tie the knot.

However, the star - who admits the kids are constantly pressuring her about getting married - believes it will happen eventually.
