Once again, we've assembled a stellar cast of authors and publishing professionals to instruct you in the intricacies of the publishing process and provide you with invaluable help and advice on how to get your work into print and out to a wider audience.

Our panel this year includes novelists Lionel Shriver, author of the Orange Prize-winning novel We Need To Talk About Kevin, and Meg Rosoff, whose crossover novel for teenage and adult readers won the Guardian's Children's Fiction prize.

They will be joined by leading literary agent Carole Blake, a publishing phenomenon with 46 years in the business under her belt, and senior publisher Mark Booth, who has worked with many distinguished authors.

In the chair is Danuta Kean, an experienced journalist specialising in publishing. Our Masterclass - the curtain-raiser to the London Book Fair - takes place on Saturday, April 17 from 11am to 1pm in the Earls Court Conference Centre in London.

  • Tickets cost £40 (inc VAT) and can be booked online or by phone. Visit www.londonbookfair.co.uk/masterclass, click on the booking form button and fill in the registration form with your payment details.
  • Or call the LBF booking line on 020 8271 2124. Our masterclass tends to fill up quickly, so book early.
