Sergio Ramos betrayed no sign of his reported unhappiness at Real Madrid as he met new manager Rafa Benitez on Thursday night.
The defender is a target for Manchester United and has told the Bernabeu hierarchy that he wants to leave, despite having two years left on his contract.
Ramos is unhappy that his salary does not reflect his position as one of the club's most important players and United have already had a bid of £23.8million rejected.

One player who is set to leave the club, Iker Casillas, was also present despite the uncertainty over his move to Portuguese side Porto.
The Spaniard, who has been at the club for 25 years, wants the remaining two years of his contract paid up before he leaves.
But Real Madrid are hesitant, meaning the transfer is yet to be sanctioned.
Gareth Bale, meanwhile, will be hoping to improve on a disappointing second season in which his on-field relationship with Cristiano Ronaldo appeared to come under strain.
The Welsh winger had already held talks with Benitez while he was on international duty and was seen deep in conversation with his new boss and Perez.
The squad will report to the Bernabeu on Friday for their pre-season medicals as well as morning and afternoon training sessions.
