Casillas was given an official send-off by his former club on Monday ahead of his move to Portuguese side Porto after the Spain international was initially angry at the manner of his exit.
After 25 years at the club, he sat alone in a tearful press conference on Sunday and was barely able to read his prepared statement.
Only journalists were present to applaud Casillas as he left the room after his announcement.
Yet he appeared more content the day after as he was paraded on the Bernabeu pitch alongside the various trophies he had won during his 16-year first-team spell at Real.
Real held the presentation following criticism over the surreal nature of Casillas's tearful news conference, when he appeared to be alone in the stadium press room to bid farewell to the club.
