After having his wisdom teeth removed this week, it seems Justin Bieber was in the mood for a spot of pampering.

The 21-year-old singer was seen leaving a beauty salon on Saturday, showing he is quite the 21st Century man.

Bieber stopped by Portofino - a skin care and tanning shop in Beverly Hills - which does everything from tanning and waxing to full body exfoliation.

He was seen leaving the salon wearing an Iron Maiden graphic T-shirt teamed with jeans and a hat.

On Friday the Canadian star posted pictures and video of himself at a dental office.

'What you got going on JB?' asks the Biebs' friend and dentist office documenter, in the video.

'I'm about to go under,' replies a giddy Justin as he slurs his words ever so slightly. 'They're giving me drugs. Probably gonna feel it.'

Another clip shows Justin smiling a little wider, feeling a little looser.

'It's in a different kind of way,' the singer says, describing the medical high.

Despite feeling slightly strange, the Biebs' notes his familiarity with the numb euphoria: 'I've felt this before.'

The star posted a photo of him starring at the floor - possibly still in a state of post-op delirium - as he posed with a loyal companion.

'#mynurse @micahcravalho,' Justin captioned, 'lol thanks for watching out for me GOT MY WISDOM teeth out and haven't slept!!'

Biebs also took to Twitter late Friday night to share his recovery status: 'Got the wisdom teeth pulled. No fun. Glad it's over. Going back to sleep. Goodnight'

And the dental operation wasn't the only time the Baby singer had a needle in his arm in recent days.

On Thursday, Justin posted a photo of a new addition to his collection of tattoos - this one being a lightly shaded capital 'G'.

The new ink is in honor of his pastor's newly born daughter, Georgia, who was diagnosed with a brain disorder.

'This is for the strongest couple i know Chad and Julia Veach!' Justin wrote. 'Their daughter was born with Lissencephaly. She is incredible and has the sweetest soul. You guys make me better and I'm blessed to have you in my life #Georgia #gtat'

For those that remember, the post dental op video craze was ignited in 2008 with 'David After Dentist.'

And before this week's release of 'Bieber After Dentist,' the star mocked the original video in a Funny Or Die exclusive.

A much younger Biebs is seen in 2010 as he feigns an anesthesia high and recreates classic moments from the video like asking, 'Is this real life?'
