The Suicide Squad's sugar and spice! White hot Margot Robbie and sultry Cara Delevingne light up the Comic-Con stage with monochromatic looks

They're both a favourite of style-watchers in their respective homelands.

And on Saturday at Comic-Con in San Diego, Margot Robbie and Cara Delevingne stole the show in polar opposite ensembles.

The 25-year-old Australian looked ethereal in white while in contrast, her Suicide Squad co-star rocked a sexy black number.

Margot's geek chic option was sophisticated yet sexy for her surprise appearance on day-three of the supernatural spectacular.

The 25-year-old's sleeveless power suit fell loosely from her athletic frame, and with the addition of a plunging neckline, was given the right amount of va va voom for a feminine touch.

Beauty-wise, the former Neighbours star wore her platinum blonde mane in a loose, low ponytail with her long fringe flicked far to one side, to fall against her right ear.

Her makeup was luminous and golden, perfect for the balmy San Diego weather and a bright addition to her white hot ensemble.

Lace up in a skirt like Cara's

We've seen Cara Delevingne in lots of Burberry lace in the past, but this skirt might possibly be our favorite piece yet! It's feminine - the cut and the lace, and edgy all at once - the gold buttons and rivets give it a cool-girl feel.

This is definitely one way of working an all-black ensemble. Cara is never one to shy away when it comes to showing off some skin, we've seen her in next to nothing, but a lace skirt like this is a chic, demure way of flashing some leg.

We actually don't love the crop top - we think something without lace on top would have been better - but the shoes are a definite yes from us. Black, but barely there make them an ideal summer choice.

You can't actually buy this skirt any more, but we've gone on the hunt to bring you some other look-a-like options. Or click right to see the current Burberry offering on MyTheresa.com.

On the other hand, Britain's favourite It Girl showed her high fashion edge in a moody black skirt and skirt combo.

The model and actress worked the Comic-Con stage just like a runway, working her belly-baring look with fierce confidence.

Cara flashed her impeccably toned abs in the two-piece, which had gold embellishments running throughout the front of the top and skirt.

To protect her modesty, she wore black high-waisted briefs underneath the garments sheer, lacy fabric.

To complete the look, she slipped her feet into a pair of strappy black heels by Saint Laurent and wore her honey hair in a high ponytail.

Keeping with the sultry tone of her Comic-Con ensemble, she made her famous brows pop with a smokey eye, and adorned her arms with gold bangles for a finishing touch.
