Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott downsize AGAIN... but their new rental still has five bedrooms, five baths and a pool

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are downsizing their living accommodation again, moving to a new home half the size of their old one.

The reality star couple with four children is renting a house in Calabasas, to the west of Los Angeles, is just 3,733 sq. ft., while the home in the suburb of Encino that they moved out of was 6,623 sq. ft.

But while it's got to hurt, the family is by no means going to be wanting for space as the new pad has five bedrooms and five bathrooms with a pool and yard, according to TMZ.

It's the third leased home the former 90210 star and her actor husband have lived in since they sold the mansion they owned in 2011.

Tori, 42, is clearly determined to make the best of things.

She posted a photo of the view from the new house that overlooks other new homes in the neighborhood with mountains in the background.

'This is the view this morning out of our new master bathroom window!' she captioned the picture.

'No MONDAY morning ever looked so amazing... #No MondayBluesHere #LetsDoThisWeek #InspiringView #NewHouse.'

Last week, Tori and Dean, 48, were photographed backing up their stuff and loading it into trucks and cars to take to the new rental.

But at least they'll have fellow reality stars the Kardashians for neighbors as well as Justin Bieber and Katie Holmes who also reside in the upscale community.

Tori, whose father, the television mogul Aaron Spelling, was worth $600 million when he died in 2006, has been vocal about her financial struggles.

On her Lifetime reality show, True Tori, last October, she revealed that the family lives 'paycheck to paycheck.'

'After this (True Tori) I have no f***ing idea if work's going to come in. Like, how am I going to support my family in six months?' she cried.

When Dean suggested they continue to downsize in order to manage their finances better, Tori snapped back: 'But why should we have to?'

'My dad wouldn't have wanted this. He'd be so mad. He worked so friggin' hard so his kids wouldn't have to f***ing struggle. I don't want to change our lifestyle. That's why I work so hard. I don't want to change.'

The couple have four children together - Liam, eight, Stella, seven, Hattie, three, and Finn, two - and Dean also has a son Jack, 16, from his first marriage.

Tori's father Aaron produced TV hits including The Love Boat, Charlie's Angels and Beverly Hills, 90210 that made his daughter a household name.

But after his death, Tori's mother Candy has apparently not passed much of that money along to her daughter.

It has been previously reported that Tori, who has a brother Randy Spelling, received approximately $800,000.
