  • The Red Devils face Club America, San Jose Earthquakes, Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain
  • Shaw made 16 league appearances in his debut season at United last year

Having made just 16 league appearances in his debut season at Manchester United last year, Luke Shaw will be hoping for a more fruitful campaign in 2015-16.

And the 20-year-old left back is clearly excited for United's imminent pre-season tour of the United States, as he took to social media to ask his fans which trainers he should bring with him.

The £31.5million signing from Southampton posted a picture of his six pairs of adidas Superstar trainers, which retail from £67, in green, orange, silver, red, white and blue, along with the caption, 'Packed and ready to go for pre season! Last decision, what colours to take?'

United again head to the United States for pre-season to take part in the International Champions Cup - a competition they won last August.

With four games across 13 days, United's tour is shorter than it was last year, as requested by manager Louis van Gaal.

The first three matches are on America's west coast, kicking off against Mexican side Club America in Seattle on Friday, July 17, before a meeting with MLS outfit San Jose Earthquakes at the Avaya Stadium, San Jose on Tuesday, July 21.

United then face European giants Barcelona at the Levi's Stadium, in Santa Clara on July 25, before moving east to Chicago, Illinois to take on French champions Paris Saint-Germain on July 29.
