There's no love lost between Amber Rose and her former love rival Kim Kardashian.

So fans may have been wondering if Amber's decision to wear a white swimsuit was simply a coincidence... or if she really was trying to copy Kim's iconic Instagram image from 2013.

Amber, 31, paraded her killer body in a seriously skimpy swimsuit as she enjoyed some down time by the pool in a series of Instagram shots.

The sexy images no doubt will remind fans of the selfie taken by Kim - who is married to Amber's ex-boyfriend Kanye West - back in October 2013. 

The former stripper looked as striking as ever with a full face of make-up in her latest social media offering.

Amber, who is dating US rapper Machine Gun Kelly, teamed thick black eyeliner with pastel purple eye shadow for a dramatic effect.

Her bleached blonde buzz cut really set off the look off alongside her bold red lips and chunky gold drop earrings.

But Amber wasn't done there, as she then posted a rear view image which only further accentuated her killer curves.

But it's not all about semi-naked poolside pics for Amber as she  was seen completely covered up in an uncharacteristically casual ensemble while making her way to a training session in the Hollywood Hills on Thursday.

The model gave her famous curves a rest from the limelight as she squeezed into a comfortable black tracksuit, which featured pink accents and a star emblem.

Amber looked to be feeling the strain as her personal trainer put her through her paces, and looked utterly worn out as she stopped for a break.

Despite the gruelling exercise regime, the Zoolander star sported long baby pink talons and she evidently hoped to disguise her face by wearing a pair of thick-rimmed sunglasses.

It would seem Amber was hoping to stay under the radar for her outing, pulling up the hood of her workout top as she got to work.

The model had a hike to be getting on with, under the instruction of her go-to fitness guru, so it's understandable she was keen not to be distracted.

Although Amber looked cosy in a black two-piece, she wore an extra layer tied around her waist in case she felt a chill.

Along with her training-appropriate outfit, she also made a sensible choice when it came to her footwear and was kitted out in a pair of black high-performance trainers instead of her usual towering heels.

She might be overly body confident, but Amber Rose knows she’s a rare gem when it comes to her muliebrous physique.

So it seemed quite fitting that asides from her barely-there monokini, Amber donned a pair of heavily embellished black suede sandals by none other than the master of statement heels himself, Giuseppe Zanotti.

The shaved-headed model thought she’d keep her shoes on for the Instagram snap, and who can blame her, because these turquoise stone bejewelled clobbers would be glued to our tootsies 24/7 if they were in our possession.

And that doesn’t seem like a far-fetched reality as they’re still up for grabs from Net-A-Porter at $2195 – although we might need to take out a mortgage to cough up first.
