Being a working mom is tough, but Jillian Michaels seems to handle it with ease.

The former Biggest Loser trainer was spotted taking a break from her typical daily work routine on Monday, to adopt a new work out: playing in the park with her son Phoenix, aged three.

The 41-year-old mother-of-two and her toddler seemed to enjoy the sunny day in Malibu.

Jillian Michaels was spotted in Malibu with her little munchkin, Phoenix.

The fitness guru looked laid back and a little punk rock for a sunny day out at the park.

She swapped her gym gear for a black and pink graphic tee along with baggy trousers and some sneakers that we know far too well!

Michaels and her son looked playtime casual as little Phoenix wore olive green trousers and a graphic T-shirt, which read ‘Motorhead England.’

The youngest of the Michaels/Rhoades clan had hip look was complete with high-top cameo sneakers to tie his park attire together.

He also seemed to be in great spirits as he laughed and smiled.

Meanwhile, mom was right by his side as he did a cartwheel in the grass with her own sporty rocker look.

The make-up free reality TV starlet wore a sleeve-less black t-shirt with ‘Bones Brigade World Tour’ written across it.

She completed the look with strappy black joggers and green and black trainers.

The fit mom and her partner Heidi Rhoades also have a daughter Lukensia, aged six.

Michaels has long since mastered how to balance being a dotting mom a reality superstar, author and more.

Just like any other mom, she had some very longs days in the beginning.

From two to four: Michaels and Rhoades made headlines back in 2012 when they had two children in one week. Lukensia was 2, when they adopted her from Haiti. That same week Rhoades gave birth to Phoenix

‘I get up at 7 a.m. — after being up all night with the baby — and run around trying to get both kids diaper-changed, dressed and fed,' Michaels told Fitness Magazine as she appeared on the April 2013 issue.

‘Finally I’ll shower, and before I know it, I’ve got 50 emails to answer, and I need to leave for work,' Michaels continued.

At the time Lukensia (whom is called Lu for short) was three-years-old and Phoenix was 10 months.

Michaels attributes her parenting skills and success to her psychotherapist mother Jo Ann McKarus, who is in her 60's.

‘People who become successful in spite of [challenges] usually have a person who really loved them and believed in them.

'For me, it was my mom,’ Michaels told Good Housekeeping in her interview for the January cover story.

The Maximize Your Life author is currently working on her new book, Hot Mom Healthy Baby. She shared an Instagram post two weeks ago asking her followers to share tips or stories about their respective pregnancies for publishing in her book.
