Last Saturday she won her sixth Wimbledon title after a stunning defeat against Garbine Muguruza.

Celebrating her newest trophy, Serena Williams took to the beach on Tuesday as she enjoyed some downtime in Sweden.

Chilling on the sun, the 33-year-old looked lovely in a plunging polka dot bikini top and fitted cap.

'Beach day in Sweden': Serena Williams celebrated her Wimbledon win with a day in the sun on Tuesday

Holding her camera up at an angle, Serena struck two poses as she lay in the sun on a brown blanket for the Instagram pictures.

Williams teamed her striped and spotted top with a pair of light wash jeans as she wore her hair back in a ponytail.

Loving life at present, the tennis champion captioned the image: 'Beach day in Sweden #SerenaSlam #renasarmy'.

Earlier in the day, Serena paid a visit to her local beauty salon to get her eyebrows trimmed.

The trip came after Twitter became awash with users commenting on her brows throughout the major tennis tournament in London.

Posting a video live from the beautician's chair, Williams captioned the clip: 'Lol finally getting them shaped! Hahahha #haters I love you!!! Hahah but I still like them all natural! But for now you win lol'.

Meanwhile over the weekend, Serena served up a stunning appearance at the Wimbledon champions' dinner.

Held at the London Guildhall, the World Number One looked amazing in a floor length gown that featured a jewel embellished bodice.

Sharing her delight about her most recent Grand Slam, Williams tweeted: 'No words can describe the feeling I have right now. #SerenaSlam Wow this happened??

During Wimbledon, Serena was crticised by some Twitter trolls, with author JK Rowling coming to her defence.

After one Twitter user accused Serena of being 'built like a man', JK Rowling posted an image of Serena looking sexy in a red dress, writing: 'Yeah, my husband looks just like this in a dress. You’re an idiot.'
