Off the market! Former The Originals star Claire Holt announces she's set to tie the knot with handsome beau Matt Kaplan and flaunts her sparkly engagement ring
She made the decision to quit The Vampire Diaries spin-off The Originals last year to focus on her personal life.
And the sacrifice has certainly been a positive for Claire Holt, as the Australian actress has revealed she is set to tie the knot with boyfriend Matt Kaplan.
Taking to Instagram on Monday, the 27-year-old blonde beauty shared a photo of herself sporting a sparkling ring on her engagement finger, with the snap simply captioned 'Yes'.

The cute couple snap attracted a flood of congratulatory comments from fans of the actress, who first shot to fame starring in Australian children's television show H20: Just Add Water.
Claire looked absolutely stunning after Matt popped the question, the television star sporting a sexy black cut-out dress.
Her luscious golden locks were pulled back in a chic updo, while her eyes were lined with a delicate black eyeliner.

Matt also looked very sharp for the occasion, wearing a charcoal shirt as he wrapped his left arm around his new fiancee's waist.
Claire gently rested her left hand on her man's chest, flaunting the engagement bling for everyone to see.
The blonde beauty rarely speaks about her man in interviews, though she isn't shy to parade her love through cute couple snaps on social media.

In an interview with People earlier this year, she credited her man for helping her perfect her American accent for roles abroad.
'My boyfriend – Matt Kaplan – is American so any time I'm unsure of how to say something, I say, "Hey how do you say this?" and he yells it out,' she told People.
'I think it's always going to sound funny to him and not quite right but hopefully the public who watch it won't be able to catch on!'
In March last year it was revealed the stunning actress was leaving the hit CW drama, The Originals, which is a spinoff of The Vampire Diaries.
