Former adult film superstar Jenna Jameson is suing her ex-boyfriend, mixed-martial arts champion Tito Ortiz, over ownership of the Southern California mansion they shared before they split two years ago.

The 41-year-old entertainer and businesswoman filed a lawsuit last week claiming Ortiz, 40, failed to honor an agreement to add her name to the title of the sprawling waterfront home in Huntington Beach.

Ortiz is listed as sole owner of the palatial four bedroom, 3.5-bath mansion on Davenport Island in Huntington Harbor and lives there with their twin boys, Journey and Jesse.

The lawsuit says Jameson contributed to most of the down payment and allowed Ortiz's name to be on the title with the understanding that she would have 50 per cent of the financial interests.

The court filings cited byThe Orange County Register state that during their five years together Jameson kept up the home, cared for her and Ortiz's sons, Journey and Jesse, and 'acted as his intimate companion' with the expectation that she would have an equal share of the property.

According to the real estate site Zillow.com, the 3,889-square-foot home on Baruna Lane comes with a wood-panelled library, wine cellar, formal dining room, gourmet kitchen, fire pit, sauna and a private dock.

The website estimated the current value of the property at just under $2.09million, down from $3.25million that Jameson and Ortiz paid seven years ago.

Ortiz and the twice-divorced award-winning porn princess broke up in May 2013.

According to multiple reports, the pair did not part amicably, with Jameson later accusing Ortiz of leaking a home video that showed her taking what appeared to be prescription pills, drinking in front of her children from a glass bottle and smashing surveillance cameras.

Speaking out in her own defense, Jameson insisted that the liquid in the bottle was mineral water.

Last month, the blonde bombshell of the adult film industry announced that she will be converting to Judaism for her fiancé, 39-year-old Lior Bitton.

Bitton is a Los Angeles-based entrepreneur of Jewish heritage who works in the diamond business.

Since his split from Jameson, Ortiz has been dating 37-year-old model Amber Nichole Miller whom he had first met at Ultimate Fighting Championship years earlier.

This is not the first time that the retired skin star, whose net worth is estimated at $10million, has faced real estate woes.

In October 2013, Jameson' Hollywood Hills mansion was auctioned off by her bank for $1.8million after she defaulted on her mortgage payments.

Around the same time, the voluptuous blue-eyed beauty made a short-lived comeback into the porn industry, saying she was doing it to support her children.

There is no word at this time when Jameson’s lawsuit will go to trial.
