NHS boob job scrounger Josie Cunningham has revealed she 'broke' her new mystery fiancé's penis during sex.

The controversial mother-of-three, who is believed to be pregnant with her fourth child, told her publicist in a text message that she had spent the night in hospital because 'I broke his willy' - and even used the banana emoji to emphasise her point.

Her publicist, Rob Cooper, took a screenshot of their exchange after he sent her a text message asking her to return his calls and she explained she had been in hospital.

She sent him a message which said: 'Sorry Hun was at the hospital most of the night. It was my fella... I broke his willy'.

When Mr Cooper replied 'LOL [laugh out loud] is he ok?' she said: 'Yeah lol was blood everywhere though looked like a murder scene'.

Cunningham recently revealed she is engaged to a mystery man who is believed to be the man injured during their sex session - just six months after splitting from ex-fiancé Andrew Goy, 33.

Last week she appeared in court where she denied posting revenge porn images online of Mr Goy - who is believed to be the father of her fourth child.

Cunningham, 24, became engaged to Mr Goy after they had been going out for just two months but the couple split in February following an argument.

The mother-of-three, who is from Leeds, appeared at the city's Magistrates' Court last week to face charges of posting naked pictures of Mr Goy on her Twitter account, where his genitals were covered with a cartoon of a mushroom.

The 24-year-old, who was once branded the most hated woman in Britain after shamelessly bragging about her £4,800 breast implants on the NHS, is alleged to have posted a naked photograph of Mr Goy to her 108,000 Twitter followers.

She quickly deleted the posts about her ex and her Twitter account has since been completely removed.

The Sun reports Cunningham has previously boasted about accidents involving sexual exploits, claiming she once said: 'I've had a few grazed knees.'

Cunningham had her breasts enlarged from a 32A to a 36DD on the NHS.

Prior to the surgery she described how she did not like to leave the house and claimed she was 'bullied' due to her small breasts.

She also courted controversy over the revelation that she has received taxpayer funded Botox and asked the local council to pay £6,000 for taxis so she could take her children to school.

Cunningham has three children, Harley, seven, Frankie, four and ten-month-old Grace and is believed to be four months pregnant with her fourth child.

Last year it emerged that she was considering having an abortion so she could appear on Big Brother.

Cunningham is to return to the Leeds court in September for trial.
