It was previously reported that she had been axed from the reality programme but could return with 'cameo' appearances.

But a new report suggests Kim Richards will not appear on the Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills in any capacity this upcoming season.

The 50-year-old will not be a full, part-time, or cast member of any kind according to a Wednesday report from TMZ. She has been on the show since it's first season in 2010.

The gossip site reports that they have scraped her from the show entirely and won't even be an omnipresent 'friend of the show.'

Kim has been struggling with substance abuse issues resulting in an arrest and rehab stay which no doubt has to do with this decision.

It was a different tune a month ago when sources for E! News claimed she had been axed from the reality series but could be back for 'cameo' apperances later on down the road.

Various reports claimed at the time that part of the deal for Kim to remain on RHOBH was that she enter rehab following her arrest.

Perhaps the final straw was the report earlier this week that she had left the rehab facility where she has been staying for the last month.

The reality star was reportedly not getting along with staff, including doctors, so packed her bags and left the Malibu center in the middle of the night over the weekend according to TMZ.

The move came as most of the 50-year-old's family was in Europe for Nicky Hilton's wedding.

The troubled star originally checked into rehab after her April arrest for public intoxication and battery but left to attend her daughter's wedding in May.

She checked herself back into a different rehab facility when she fell off the wagon at Brooke's nuptials.

According to TMZ she was under the influence of either drugs or alcohol at the event in Mexico, getting angry at her daughter and insulting the groom's family.

Meanwhile, Kim's sister Kyle, along with much of her family, attended the wedding of her niece Nicky to James Rothchild in London on Friday.

Nicky, 31, is the daughter of Kim and Kyle's other sister Kathy Hilton.

Kim is facing two years in jail after being charged with public intoxication, resisting arrest and battery on a police officer stemming from the April 16 late night incident at the Beverly Hills Hotel.

Last month it was revealed the former child star was offered a plea deal in the case and must choose between 30 days of community service, or 30 days in a county jail.

She will also be put on three years probation, complete 52 AA classes and must pay the victim restitution.

She also must stay away from the Beverly Hills Hotel where the altercation took place.

Amid reports last month that Kim has been axed from RHOBH after five years, speculation is growing that Bravo producers are trying to woo her sister Kathy to appear as her replacement.

Over the course of her time on the Bravo reality show, Kim's struggle with substance abuse has been discussed frequently.

Increasingly odd behaviour in season five eventually led to a reported estrangement from her younger sister Kyle, 46, who now believes there is no more she can do for her alcoholic older sibling.
