Kylie Jenner has admitted that she grew up too fast - albeit in a jokey Instagram post.

The 17-year-old shared a screenshot from an old episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, where she appears to be a few years younger.

'I promise I won't grow up too fast,' Kylie is telling her parents in the clip.

Kylie Jenner may only be 17 years old but she's got a wardrobe to die for and killer style to boot.

The reality star acknowledged that she went back on her promise with the caption 'Dammit Kylie!' although she clearly finds it funny and added a crying with laughter emoji.

Kylie has certainly grown up quickly, having been in the spotlight on the show since she was just nine years old.

Nowadays, she is believed to be dating 25-year-old rapper Tyga, and recently purchased and moved into her own home.

In May, Kylie admitted after months of speculation that she has lip fillers, but she has denied rumours that she got breast implants.

In the meantime, Kylie will be attending the ESPY Awards on Wednesday with her siblings, to support her dad Caitlyn Jenner.

The transgender Olympian, 65, is receiving the prestigious Arthur Ashe Courage Award at the event.

Over the weekend, Kylie found herself in the middle of an online feud with Hunger Games actress Amandla Stenberg, who accused her of appropriating black culture' without using her celebrity 'to help black Americans', after she shared a selfie with cornrows.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star was referring to the fact that Amandla, who rose to fame playing Rue in The Hunger Games, went to prom with Jaden Smith in May.
