She'll be scouting for a new crop of musical talent in London on Wednesday.

But a recording artist first and a new X Factor judge second, Rita Ora demonstrated her commitment to her own label Sony on Tuesday night by showing up to their party.

Rita, show-stoppingly dressed in a cutaway gown, stopped by the VIP Summer Party at London's Ivy Chelsea Garden before shooting off for an early night so she could be fresh for the next day's auditionees.

Rita Ora took on the all black vamp look leaving little to the imagination.

The X Factor judge made her way to the VIP Summer Party in London.

Her hair in a top knot, wine lips, a cutout top, fringed skirt and black sandals with pantyhose...we'd think she's trying to get someones attention or look like a new age flapper.

Rita wasn't one to skimp on appearances despite it being a flying visit.

She slicked on a vampy lipstick and pulled her hair tightly into an updo to emphasise her strong features.

Her enviable figure was also part of the show as the singer slipped into a plunging, backless top to match a low-rise tasseled skirt.

Rita may have arrived alone but inside, she certainly enjoyed the entertainment and was surrounded by high profile guests.

The New York Raining singer paused for pictures with fellow recording artist Paloma Faith, who displayed some of her signature wacky style in a red beret.

The musician kept things classy in a giant sequin dress that fitted snuggly to her shape and was set off by a red lipstick.

Rita and Paloma were swept under Dynamo's spell as they rubbed shoulders with an elite crowd, and Rita simply could't believe her eyes at one time.

The beauty was involved in a classic card trick that saw her share her card with only Paloma before being totally blown away to see that Dynamo had guessed it.

And despite all of the fun and games, the next day was due to be all about work, and Rita managed to make a swift escape before midnight.

She told fans: 'Goodnight. See you tomorrow London!' as she signed off for an early night on Instagram.

Auditions in the British capital kick off tomorrow alongside Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, Simon Cowell and fellow new judge Nick Grimshaw.

Rita's schedule has already been taking her all over the globe but her current filming commitments will at least keep her in the remit of being up and down the country.
