Future reveals he was the one to call of his engagement to Ciara... and says it 'had nothing to do with cheating'
Future has revealed that he was the one to end his engagement to Ciara.
It was widely reported that the One, Two Step hit-maker had dumped the rapper amid claims he cheated on her with his stylist.
However in a new interview with Huffington Post, Future – who has a baby son with Ciara – claims the break-up was not due to infidelity.

‘I feel like 95 percent of relationships end with cheating, but me and her relationship had nothing to do with cheating,’ he said.
‘We grew apart. When you the man, you wanna make certain decisions for yourself and she wanna make certain decisions. And I feel like the best route for me is to make more music, to go back to Atlanta and go back to my roots.’
The 31-year-old added: ‘Sometimes the lady don’t see what you see. That was a hard situation but at the end of the day it wasn’t about that. I called off [the engagement] long before any cheating rumors came out.’

It’s likely Ciara, 29, won’t be too pleased about her ex-fiance’s latest claims.
She certainly wasn’t happy when he discussed their sex life during another portion of the Huffington Post interview a day earlier.
Commenting on the fact that Ciara and her boyfriend Russell Wilson are abstaining from sex until marriage, he said: ‘God told me something else. He ain't tell me to wait. I guarantee you that.’

Future, real name Nayvadius Cash, added: ‘We prayed afterwards though. After we did it, we prayed. That's a true story.’
Ciara appeared to be referencing her ex when she tweeted later that day: ‘Some Person Is So Dishonest and Ignorant That They Don't Deserve A Response.’
The former couple have 13-month-old son Future Zahir together. The pair called off their engagement in August 2014, three months after he was born.
Ciara has been dating Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell since last month.
