Fun while it lasted! Bachelorette alums Britt Nilsson and Brady Toops break-up after starting a short-lived off-camera romance

As Bachelorette alums, they bonded over leaving the show.

And after the cameras were off, Britt Nilsson, 27, and Brady Toops, 33, sparked their own romance.

But according to Us Weekly, the relationship is over; in fact it was never too serious in the first place, says a source.

Although the television cameras were absent, the couple documented the romance on their own as shown by Instagram photos filled with plenty of PDA.

Brady - a musician from Nashville, Tennessee - posted a selfie just last month with Britt kissing him on the cheek.

Brady lovingly captioned the photo: 'She makes every picture better..'

Both Britt and Brady posted photos last month of the themselves getting quite cozy on a plush red couch.

The couple each wore beanies as Britt's arm was draped around Brady's shoulders. Britt captioned the snap: '#teambeanie #fbf'

While Brady showed his inner musician by quoting Austin, Texas folk singer David Ramirez: 'She hates the cold, and I believe it's cuz she's so warm. Yeah, I wanna be just like her, just like her...'

On episode two of this season, Brady voluntarily left the competition after Kaitlyn Bristowe was selected to be the show's star over Britt Nilsson.

Brady pulled Kaitlyn aside telling her that his heart lies with the eliminated Bachelorette contestant. As the credits roll, Brady is seen knocking on Britt's hotel room.

The series continued to update viewers on the subplot romance, for instance showing Britt as she agrees to be Brady's boyfriend while the two are out to dinner.

And the show's most recent update on the couple showed Brady heading home to Nashville as Britt stayed in Los Angeles.

'I feel sad I'm leaving,' Brady told her. 'The next stage will really be the test,' Britt responded. 'So we'll see. Fingers crossed.'

Looks like the couple weren't cut out for the whole long-distance thing.
