Amal Clooney's look-a-like sister Tala took a tumble outside Il Buco restaurant in Manhattan's Noho neighbourhood Thursday.

The elegant event planner lost her footing while strutting on the cobblestone pavement in sky-high, glittery Giamba heels.

The engaged mother-of-one never let go of her Alexander McQueen clutch as she landed with a thud beside the waiting car.
