With her glossy blonde hair, demure smile and outgoing personality, Lady Kitty Spencer bears more than a passing resemblance to her late aunt, Princess Diana.

The 24-year-old, who boasts a lineage dating from pre-Tudor times and a family fortune of more than £100million, was named the most eligible girl in Britain by Tatler magazine in 2007.

And if her good looks and impressive pedigree weren't enough, her Instagram page is sure to turn other women her age green with envy.

Earl Spencer's daughter, Lady Kitty Spencer, who counted the late Princess Diana as her aunt, has been sharing her glamorous lifestyle on her Instagram page

From partying with the cast of Made In Chelsea to enjoying luxurious weekends away, Kitty duly documents her enviable life on her social media page.

Kitty grew up away from the media spotlight in South Africa with her mother Victoria Lockwood, the former model who was Earl Spencer's first wife.

She quickly caught the media's attention when she made one of her first public appearances in 2007, alongside her cousins Prince William and Prince Harry at a memorial service for Diana.

She also attended William and Kate's wedding in 2011 but her parents have deliberately tried to keep her out of the media spotlight.

Rarely seen out on the party scene, Kitty was a straight-A student at Reddam House, a private school for South Africa's elite.

She then went on to study psychology, politics and English literature at the University of Cape Town.

Now, however, she is making her foray into the glittering world of society events and fashion parties.

When she's not relaxing by a sun-drenched pool or dining at the exclusive Arts Club, she's sat courtside at Wimbledon and having private hat fittings with esteemed designer, Philip Treacy.

In recent weeks, she has attended Wimbledon, Polo in the Park, a Vogue x Ralph Lauren party, London Collections: Men parties and Royal Ascot alongside the industry's hottest models, including Lottie Moss.

But it's not all parties for the bright young thing, who, following her return from South Africa to her family home at Althorp, Northamptonshire, has immersed herself in charity work.
