Candice Swanepoel knows the drill as she's frequently seen working out or doing something active on Instagram like practicing headstands on a paddle board.

And the 26-year-old Victoria's Secret lingerie model was spotted on Tuesday in New York as she headed out in workout attire for her daily routine of exercise.

In a black Under Armor sports bra, the South African born beauty showed off her slender middriff.

She sported a grey Nike leggings, accentuating her long pins, and a pair of black mesh trainers.

As she carried her phone and a beverage in one hand, Candice used her other to fluff up her blonde locks.

She also wrapped a white sweater around her face and rocked a pair of classic aviator sunglasses with a brow bar.
