Together again! Tina Fey and Amy Poehler reunite in trailer for Sisters as they promote film on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon

Tina Fey and Amy Poehler reunited on Tuesday as they promoted their upcoming comedy Sisters and its new trailer.

The former Saturday Night Live stars portray siblings in the film that is also co-produced by 45-year-old Tina.

Amy, 43, and Tina, who were co-anchors together on SNL's Weekend Update segment, appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to introduce the new trailer.

The teaser for the R-rated movie portrayed Amy as the 'perfect sister' Maura Ellis while Tina was desribed as the 'other sister' Katie Ellis.

The sisters were shown reuniting at an airport and returning to their childhood home that their parents recently sold.

Bad girl Katie kicked the real estate sign and threw a tantrum on the lawn.

'All we need you to do is clean out your bedroom,' their mother played by Dianne Wiest said as their father played by James Brolin looked on.

'Damn shame that you never had your night here,' Katie told her sister.

'We cannot have a party,' Maura replied before being talked into throwing a rager at their parents' home.

Amy's divorcee character was urged to ask a neighbor played by Ike Barinholtz to the party by her sister.

SNL veteran Maya Rudolph was shown confronting the sisters about not being invited to their party.

Maura asked her wild sister to not drink at the party 'so I can let my freak flag fly.'

Katie willingly obliged and the sisters were seen dancing the night away.

Tina and Amy met up with fellow SNl veteran Jimmy on his chat show where they played a game of True Confessions.

They took turns interrogating each other to determine if their 'confessions' were either fact or fiction.'

Tina and Amy previously starred together in the 2008 comedy Baby Mama and they teamed up again to co-host the Golden Globe Awards three times.

Sisters is due out in theaters on December 18.
