Lindsey Vonn has revealed she is still in contact with Tiger Woods.

The 30-year-old told Entertainment Tonight on the ESPY red carpet on Wednesday night that she and her ex still text each other.

'We have texted a little bit but I haven't been in touch with him too much,' she said. 'He seems like he is doing well.'

The champion skiier said that she'll even get up early to watch him compete in the British Open this week, and backed him to make the cut.

'I hope he does well and I will be watching,' she added. '[His] last tournament was a little better so hopefully things go well for him this week.'

Unfortunately for Woods, his exes well wishes didn't do him much good - he carded an opening round four over par on Thursday, his worst ever score at the iconic St Andrew's course in Scotland.

Lindsey Vonn just might be our lady in red, along with Rachel McAdams and Mel B. These ladies stepped on the ESPY red carpet looking riveting in red.

The athlete and ex-girlfriend of Tiger Woods channeled her Angelina Jolie pose and wore a thigh split red dress that showed off her toned bronze legs.

Lindsey paired the dress with black cutout sandals. We would have preferred to see her with a more delicate shoe, like the Stuart Weitzman 'Nudist' sandal rather then something so bulky.

Nonetheless, the shoe might not have caught our interest but her dress certainly did.

On Wednesday night Lindsey look stunning in a figure-hugging floor-length scarlet gown.

The sleeveless frock displayed her toned arms while the eye-opening split ran almost all the way up to her hip.

A pair of Dannijo earrings completed the look, while classy meshed black heels added another couple of inches to her fabulous 5'10" frame, the prefect height to keep the flowing hemline just above the matching carpet.

The Alpine ski racer was up for Best Female Athlete on the night, going up against MMA phenom Ronda Rousey, tennis ace Serena Williams and basketball star Breanna Stewart - Rousey was ultimately too strong for the others

She was also the only female nominated in the Best Comeback Athlete category, which also includeed New England Patriots' Rob Gronkowski, New York Yankees' Alex Rodriguez, and Chicago Bulls' Derrick Rose, but she lost out to the Super Bowl winning tight end.

Lindsey is the most decorated female skier of all time, winning her record breaking 63rd World Cup win in January.

The night before, Lindsey was spotted partying with her sister Karin Kildow at the ESPYS pre-party.

This week she appeared in Under Armor's new I Will What I Want series of ads for high impact sports bras.

She joined Former Victoria's Secret Angel Gisele Bundchen, ballerina Misty Copeland, soccer player Kelley O’Hara, and surfer Brianna Cope as they showed off the sportswear as well as their rock hard abs.
