Hollywood stars are used to shopping for high-ticket items. But when they do it for a good cause it’s even better.

The Charlotte & Gwyneth Gray Foundation invited celebrities to shop at Switch Boutique in LA's Bel-Air neighborhood for the Switch Shop For A Cure benefit on Tuesday.

The charity event brought together friends Jordana Brewster, 35, JoAnna Garcia Swisher, 35, and Jenna Dewan-Tatum, 34, among others.

Brewster, Swisher and her husband Nick as well as Jordana's sister Isabella and husband Baron Davis hosted the event.

Dewan-Tatum, who recently attended a Charlotte & Gwyneth Gray Foundation event in June, looked happy to offer her continued support.

Items for sale came from the Switch boutique in Beverly Hills.

Friends first: Swisher and Dewan-Tatum have been friends for years they both have two-year-old daughters both born in May 2013

Jenna Dewan Tatum already has a closet full of trendy designer duds. But at the Switch Boutique in LA she went shopping for a good cause. The former backup dancer supported the charity event in a scallop knit crop top and skirt by Jonathan Simkhai.

We adore this high-waisted, midi length bottom with it's form fitting silhouette and contrasting stripes of color. Teamed with a pair of barely there sandals as the Step Up star does here, this ensemble is worthy of a red carpet event.

Jenna, a former back-up dancer for Janet Jackson, wore a black and sage green two-piece, skirt and cropped top look, her short light brown hair was in a straight wavy style.

Reba star Wisher wore a navy, red and white printed dressed which she paired with simple nude pumps.

Meanwhile Fast & Furious star Brewster kept it casual chic in a black and white flared skirt, white tank top and grey suede pumps with blue suede caps.

Also in attendance was New Girl star Max Greenfield and his glowing pregnant wife Tess Sanchez.

The duo looked like they were ready for a relaxed day of shopping as Greenfield wore green slacks and a blue button-up collared shirt.

Sanchez had her baby bump of full view with a form-fitting blue and white patterned dress which she paired with black strappy espadrilles and a white leather jacket, which she draped on her shoulders.

Are they having New Girl?: The Greenfields are expecting their second child very soon. Sanchez gave birth to their first child, Lily, in 2010

The foundation was founded by producer Gordon Gray and his wife Kristen after they discovered both of their daughters, Charlotte, aged four, and Gwyneth, aged two, suffered from Batten.

The disease is one of 50 lysosomal storage disorders caused by a genetic mutation which disrupts cells ability to disposing of wastes, according to the Batten Disease Support and Research Foundation.

Dewan-Tatum was touched by the Gray’s story and jumped on board to support the cause. ‘I can't imagine what they're going through as parents,’ she told PEOPLE in June. ‘I want to do whatever I could to help, and I know that awareness is a huge part of raising the money that they need.’

Tatum is also a mom. She and her husband Magic Mike XXL star Channing Tatum share two-year-old daughter Everly.

While Dewan was shopping for a cause, Tatum has been on tour promoting the second installment of his hot stripper film.

To hot for TV: Although women and men across the nation were raving about Magic Mike XXL the film brought in less than the projected amount of sales in the U.S. and Canada

Along with his co-stars Joe Manganiello and Matt Bomer, Tatum surprised fans on Sunday at a private screening of the blockbuster held at Hollywood's ArcLight Cinemas theater.

They even sang ‘Happy Birthday’ to an attendee as Tatum shared in a post to his Instagram account.
