Chattanooga gunman Muhammad Abdulazeez killed four marines and one critical

Four Marines were killed this morning, when a gunman named as Muhammad Youssef Abdulazeez, 24, pictured center with his family, opened fire on military recruitment offices and a U.S. Naval Reserve Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He also shot a cop named Dennis Pedigo (pictured, right) hitting him in the ankle. He is expected to ankle a full recovery. Witnesses said they saw a single man fire a high-powered rifle at a military office in a strip mall from a convertible silver Mustang, before speeding away, around 10:50am. The shooter then drove about eight miles north to a U.S. Naval Reserve Center where all of the victims were shot dead. Authorities announced the shooting was over at 1:30pm, after the shooter died. However, they have not yet revealed whether he committed suicide or was shot dead by law enforcement. In addition to the four Marines that were killed, a police officer and soldier were also injured, according to local officials. The FBI and ATF dispatched agents to the scene and Homeland Security and the Pentagon said they were aware of the situation. President Obama has also been briefed on the incident. The shooting comes at a time of heightened security following terror warnings issued ahead of the Fourth of July weekend. Few details have been released about the shooting so far, but Chattanooga Mayor Andy Berke tweeted around 11:30am: 'Horrific incident in our community. We will release details as they are confirmed. Prayers to all those affected'.

According to a police report, the teen told investigators that Saleh ? who also goes by the name ?Mary? ? was rubbing her arm and chest when she asked her to stop. That?s when, the teen said, Saleh assured her it was a normal thing for friends to do. The touching allegedly moved under the clothes and to the teen?s pubic area, before the girl was able to get Saleh to stop.

OLATHE, Kan. ? A former teacher in the Olathe School District asked a Johnson County Court judge for a reduction in her bond, citing her current pregnancy and her four-year-old child at home as reasons to reduce it.  Jeana Fleming, 32, is charged with unlawful sexual relations with a juvenile.

In May, a 16-year-old boy reported having a sexual relationship with his teacher in December 2014.

The student attended S.O.A.R., an alternative education program located at Olathe Northwest High School?s campus. After the allegations came to light,  both the Olathe School District and police said they were investigating the alleged relationship and said the teacher resigned.

Fleming?s bond was set at $100,000, but a judge agreed to reduce it to $10,000 based on several points in her bond reduction motion. Shortly after she bonded out of jail. Fleming is due back in court on July 23rd.

Officers found an infant child left in a Toyota SUV with the windows up. With the assistance of the Norwalk Fire Department, officers gained entry to the vehicle. At the same time, the mother of the child came back to the vehicle. The four-month-old child was transported to the Norwalk Hospital for evaluation and was later released to the father. The mother, Hiroko Kurihara, was arrested at the scene. The investigation revealed that Kurihara had left the child in the car while working out at the gym for approximately one hour in the morning and again for approximately thirty minutes at midday.

Brian Delaurenti and Johnathan Dahl, who are known as The Gay Beards on social media, were inspired to start snapping photos of their facial hair last summer, and only a few weeks into their unique photo project, the 25-year-old best friends from Portland began decorating their beards with colorful flowers, glitter and tasty treats - including sprinkles and Rice Krispies. Brian and Johnathan, who have known each other since they were eight-years-old, have weekly creative meetings to discuss their upcoming bear decor, however, they said that 'sometimes things spark ideas for us' - such as their Christmas light beards.
