Her life with former spouse Peter Andre is currently under the microscope due to a High Court hearing involving members of Katie Price's former management team.

But the 37-year-old former glamour model put all that behind her to enjoy a night out with Kieran Hayler, her third husband, at a dinner party thrown by philantropist Philip Christopher Baldwin at the Groucho Club in London on Thursday night.

Katie showed off her surgically reduced assets in a plunging cream and gold minidress which she paired with towering platform sandals.

She wore her blonde hair loose around her shoulders in soft waves while her 28-year-old toyboy husband was dapper in a velvet suit jacket and navy chinos.

They mingled at the bash with guests including TOWIE trio Lauren Pope, Ferne McCann and Jessica Wright.

Meanwhile, this week Katie and ex husband Peter's private life has been laid bare in a High Court hearing in which producer Neville Hendricks is suing ITV2 for allegedly breaking a contract for him to produce reality shows featuring Andre and Kerry Katona.

Hendricks is demanding £549,060 in damages and costs, plus an extra £5million in compensation for the damage to his career, but the channel says he was in breach of contract and is claiming £261,951 from his company Mr H TV Ltd.

Andre - who has been forced to cancel his honeymoon with new wife Emily for the court case - told Mr Justice Flaux today that his friend and manager, Claire Powell, had a relationship with Mr Hendricks from 2004 to 2010.

During that time, the producer helped the singer with tax difficulties, made some series of Mr Andre's reality show, and worked in Ms Powell's management company.

But after the breakdown of her relationship, Ms Powell told Mr Andre that her ex-boyfriend had threatened to kill her, her new partner and another colleague, the court heard.

Peter spoke of his distress at the revelations because of the friendship he had previously shared with the producer.

He said: 'I had just gone through a horrific divorce and, at the start, Neville was there with me and saw what I was going through - and I'm now having a problem with the very person who was supporting me, so I was completely upset about what was going on around us.'

The relationship between the two men broke down in July 2011 when Mr Hendricks posted offensive tweets about Mr Andre and the police became involved, the court was told.

Max Mallin, for Mr Hendricks, suggested that Peter had 'played the victim card' at the time he was breaking up with Katie.

The singer denied claims that he and Ms Powell had conspired to paint his ex as 'a complete b****', saying: 'That is not correct at all. She knew what was happening and she knew what I was going through.

'I left for a reason, a lawful reason, and I will not accept that Claire made the plan to make me look good and Katie look bad.'

He was also asked about an incident which left his daughter Princess badly burnt while she was away with Ms Price, which he found out about during the filming of Peter Andre: The Next Chapter for ITV2.

'I was away on holiday and my daughter was with her mother and her partner at the time,' he told the court.

Ouch! Ferne was still wearing a foot brace after a recent injury but that didn't stop her from partying the night away

'I would speak to the children all the time. But it had got towards five days and I hadn't spoken to them and I thought that was a bit strange.'

When he went to pick up his daughter from his cousin's house, she apparently told him, 'Don't look at Princess's back, you're going to scream.'

He said: 'She had a horrific burn on her back and her skin was coming off, and there were no bandages on.

'I was so upset about what had happened to my daughter. They were more concerned about her being painted in a good or bad light, and that really upset me.'

Ms Price was investigated by Surrey Police over the incident, which took place during a holiday in Switzerland, but was cleared of any wrongdoing.
