Olivia Wilde shared a rare family photo with fiance Jason Sudeikis and their 14-month-old son Otis for Throwback Thursday.

The 31-year-old posted a sweet snapshot to Instagram, which was taken late last year, and admitted that Otis hated the fluffy white bear suit he was wearing in it.

'#tbt to Otis developing his hatred for tiny bear suits. #futuretherapymaterial #winter2014 by Dad,' she captioned the photo.

The picture shows Olivia gazing at her baby boy, who does indeed look rather grumpy about his onesie, while Jason smiles at the camera.

Earlier in the day, Olivia had been watching the Emmy nominations announcement, and she was pleased to hear who had received nods.

In particular, the Tron: Legacy star congratulated Will Forte, and those behind Portlandia and Orange Is The New Black.

After sharing her own Throwback Thursday photo, Olivia noticed that someone had shared a screen grab of her on The O.C. 10 years ago in one of her first roles.

Commenting on her big hair, the actress joked: 'I raised a family of squirrels in it.'

Olivia recently wrapped filming on her upcoming Christmas comedy Love The Coopers, which will hit cinemas in December.

She can be seen in the all-star film alongside Maria Tomei, Amanda Seyfried, Ed Helms, John Goodman, Diane Keaton and Anthony Mackie.

Olivia and Jason, 39, who have both been married before, got engaged in January 2013 after two years of dating, but they are in no rush to tie the knot.

When she appeared on The Daily Show in February, the House alum told Jon Stewart that she finds motherhood to be 'so much fun,' however she did not anticipate how time consuming a newborn would be.

'It's so funny how it changes your daily life. There's no such thing as leisurely brunch anymore,' she said.

'[We] used to go out for brunch and maybe take like an hour and a half to eat and now it's like, "You hold him, you hold him, you hold him. Just let me eat this one thing." It's a balancing act.'

When Jon asked if they plan on expanding the family, Olivia quipped: 'I like the idea of that but if I can keep one alive, I'll be really proud of myself.'
