They're from different worlds of music and movies.

However, it looked like actress Alicia Vikander and singer/songwriter Eliot Sumner had plenty to talk - and laugh - about as they enjoyed a catch-up on the Italian island of Ischia.

Eliot - daughter of Sting and Trudie Styler - burst into hysterics as they chatted in a cafe during a break from the Ischia Global Film & Music Festival.

Swedish actress Alicia, 26, looked like she was feeling rather hot as she lifted her white T-shirt to cool down, inadvertently flashing her pink sports bra in the process.

The Ex Machina star is at the festival to accept the Breakout Actress Of The Year.

It's unclear if Eliot, who used to perform under her nickname Coco until last year, will be singing at this year's festival or is just attending.

The 24-year-old obviously a fan of the annual festival on the picturesque island in the Bay of Naples as she previously performed there in 2011 with her group I Blame Coco.

Eliot was actually born in Italy in the Tuscan town of Pisa and the family spend a lot of time in the country.

Alicia and Eliot have been friends for a while and were spotted chatting away in the front row of the Louis Vuitton show at Paris Fashion Week in March.
