She's enjoying a breather from her daily Piece Of Me performances in Sin City.

But Britney Spears appeared to take inspiration from her flashy Las Vegas costumes when she dressed for he ESPY Awards in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

The 33-year-old donned a plunging platinum tank top and an intricate pair of black beaded shorts that highlighted her athletic legs.

Britney's blonde mane tumbled down in loose and full waves, while her blemish-free face shone with a flawless application of foundation.

Deep earth-hued eye shadow let her honey eyes pop, and light pink gloss finished off the glamorous look.

Britney's backless tank top also exposed her toned and tan back.

She was enjoying a break from her Las Vegas residency, but Britney Spears never has a night off from her showgirl style!

The singer attended the ESPY Awards sporting a silver sequin embellished dress with fringing along the hem. The plunge neckline and cut out back left very little to the imagination but it's classic Britney!

The dress is by Davidson Zanine, a label launched in 2012 that specialises in handmade haute couture designs and Swarovski crystal details. When teamed with black heels by Le Silla, Britney's custom made costume lit up the red carpet!

What appears to be Britney's shopping lists have been listed for sale on eBay recently and they include unhealthy foods such as cinnamon rolls, pizzas, Red Bull, SpaghettiOs and double icing Oreos.

And in another one of the to-do lists contains cryptic references including the words 'boobs' and 'nose' written in a drawn square next to the note: '3 weeks (talk to nose guy) 1 - Tuesday Doctor.'

Meanwhile, Britney - whose fitness levels have fluctuated over the years - appeared on the cover of Women's Health earlier this year.

She told the magazine: 'Dancing is a great cardio workout. Tough and fun at the same time.'

'I like my workouts to be effective in a short amount of time.

'I start with 20 minutes of intense cardio - usually running - move on to light free weights, body-weight exercises such as push-ups, squats, and sit-ups, then finish it off with a stretch.'
