'He wanted to take me back to Dagenham!' TOWIE new girl Verity Chapman drops a huge bombshell as she tells Danielle Armstrong James Lock wanted to bed her

On Sunday night's episode of TOWIE, new girl Verity Chapman was right in the middle of Chloe Lewis and Jake Hall's dramatic break up.

And on Wednesday's installment of the ITVBe show, the pretty brunette stirred up even more trouble between former lovebirds Danielle Armstrong and James 'Lockie' Lock.

Following on from the revelation that Verity partied with Danni's ex, she now reveals that Lockie wanted to continue the party back at his Essex house.

After Verity's flirting with Lockie led to Danielle and her pals turning on the new girl, the brunette was keen to clear the air and put across her side of the story, telling Vas Morgan: 'I need some girls on my side.'

Verity paid Danni a visit at her Essex boutique, bringing along Pete Wicks for moral support, with the tattooed hunk insisting she 'needs to put things right.'

'I just want to say I'm sorry for the whole situation and I know how it feels for a girl,' Verity told Danni, insisting that she didn't know anything about Lockie's relationship status when they met.

Danni wasn't convinced though, telling her that she 'knew we were a couple' when she was flirting with Lockie in front of her in the club.

'I don't believe you one bit, I think you're absolutely cold and heartless,' raged the blonde, leading to Verity to give up on her apology and storm out.

'I'm a really good judge of character, that right there is A 24 carat b***h', Danni told Pete, only for Verity to suddenly storm back into the shop and drop a huge bombshell.

'You know what really happened that night? Your ex boyfriend told me he wanted to take me back to Dagenham and f**k me, that's the f**king truth,' a crying Verity told Danni.

At Bobby Norris' Essex Gay Pride party at the Sugar Hut, it was left to Pete to fill Lockie in on Verity's revelation, only for the hunk, dressed in some spangly gold hotpants for the occasion, to completely deny everything.

'That's totally untrue, I was bantering her, she took that as flirting,' insisted Lockie.

Danni soon joined the conversation, with Pete backing up Lockie's banter story.

Lockie's ex wasn't convinced though, asking him outright if he was 'bantering' or if he did really want to bed Verity. A sheepish Lockie confused the situation by admitting 'no, I didn't say it in banter at all.'

Elsewhere other warring pairs were trying to make amends, with Ferne McCann clearing the air with Lauren Pope over their 'girl code' fight.

While the two blondes made up, Lauren and Jess Wright's friendship looked far from salvaged, with Jess still fuming that her pal had seemingly chosen a relationship with her ex fling Dan Edgar over their friendship.

At Bobby's party though, Lauren and Dan talked things out and ultimately agreed that Lauren should try and save her friendships instead of them pursuing a romance.

Gemma Collins meanwhile was determined to make amends with her former BFF Bobby, weeks on from their Marbella fight. Turning up uninvited to Bob's party, it didn't look like Gemma's friend was in the same forgiving mood though.

'People have told me you've said everything is alright again,' he told Gemma. 'I'm the first to put my balls on the table...I need you to apologise to me.'

When Gemma demanded an apology too, the pair were at stalemate as Bobby pointed out: 'You were angry with Vas and Lauren, so why throw me under that double decker?' leading to Gemma to walk away.

Jake at least seemed to be in a peacemaking mood as he confessed to Arg that while Chloe was 'the only girl I've ever loved' he just wanted to see her happy.

After watching his ex have the time of her life at the Pride party, a reflective Jake sent Chloe a text, telling her: 'It's good to see you smiling again, even if it's not with me.'

TOWIE continues on Sunday on ITVBe.
