She has great jeans! Alexa Chung showcases her long legs in denim romper at launch of latest clothing collection

Alexa Chung recycled a new favourite when she arrived to the launch of her denim collection on Thursday.

The 31-year-old served as an excellent advert for her upcoming line when she turned every head in a vibrant jean romper.

Alexa put her long legs on display as she approached the event, which was held at the AG Jeans store in New York, in a pair of very flashy ankle boots.

It seems Alexa was over the moon with the display, as she was spotted playing with her hair while flashing a giddy grin.

The outspoken model proudly posed beside the storefront, which featured a radiant sign that read Alexa Chung For AG.

Alexa has been drumming up interest for her latest fall collection with AG on social media as of late.

On Thursday, the wise-cracking fashionista jokingly tweeted: 'I'll be at the Soho AG store in NYC at 6:30pm tonight to launch my #ACFORAG denim collection. Come and say hello so I'm not alone.'

Alexa has also been sharing images from her new line, which also included a photo of her modelling the same romper she wore on Thursday.

Following her successful capsule collection with AG Jeans last summer, the style icon has once again teamed up with the fashion house to launch a new fall collection, which will be available to purchase from July 23.

Speaking about her new collection on the AG website, Alexa writes: 'This collection was inspired by an imaginary girl gang – a gaggle of delinquents charging across the desert. I don’t know where they came from, I’m not sure where they’re going… But this is what they’re wearing.’

Alexa first revealed that she was working with AG on a collection back in June, telling WWD.com: 'The collection is inherently the missing pieces of my dream denim wardrobe, which, as ever, is predominantly inspired by a late Sixties, early Seventies aesthetic.

The former TV presenter also revealed that she had paid a trip to the AG factory, in order to get a real taste for how the company operated - and to learn how exactly her pieces would be made, from start to finish.

'I found the trip incredibly inspiring and an opportunity to learn about denim and make things I had been dreaming about finding,' she added.
