Hulk meets Terminator! Muscle men Arnold Schwarzenegger and Lou Ferrigno share workout tips as they get their pump on at gym together

Forget Batman V Superman.

The actors known for their work as the Terminator and Hulk were spotted enjoying a gym session together early Thursday.

The 67-year-old Austrian-born former Mr. Olympia and 63-year-old Brooklyn-native looked like they were swapping workout tips at the Gold's Gym in Venice Beach, California.

The two action men looked in absolutely fantastic shape for being in their Sixties as their bulging biceps and veiny arms were on full display at the iconic workout facility.

Both stars were dressed perfectly for a day of pumping iron as they rocked athletic wear for the active afternoon together.

Arnie donned a black graphic print T-shirt along with blue bottoms with a grey stripe down the side and finished off the look with a pair light brown suede loafers.

Lou's grey Worlds Gym top could barely contain his muscles as he teamed it with black shorts featuring a red stripe and black New Balance trainers.

The two are longtime friends and workout partners as they even trained each other while preparing for Mr. Olympia bodybuilding competitions in the early Seventies.

Arnold kept Lou from several Mr. Olympia contest wins as he took home the title a total of seven times between 1970 and 1980.

Lou came in second to the Predator star in 1974 then third in 1975.

Their rivalry was such a phenomenon that it became the subject of 1975 documentary Pumping Iron, which helped both rise to fame.

Arnold has been no stranger when it comes to documenting his fitness routines as he often takes to social media and even often takes to Reddit forum '/r/Fitness' to answer questions from his biggest fans and lend some inspiration to those on the quest for better health.

During his worldwide Terminator: Genisys press tour just over a week ago, the father to Patrick Schwarzenegger posted a video of himself pushing weights in Japan before jetting back to LA.

'Reporters kept asking how I stay awake on the #TerminatorGenisys worldwide tour,' he wrote on the caption. 'It's easy - let the iron be the alarm clock. #machines #japan'

He doesn't even stop for a rest as he moves between the machines, finishing one set before immediately moving on to another.

Grunting with exertion, he flies through quick reps on what appears to be back and shoulders day. It's obviously not his first set either, since he knows the machine is set to the correct weight without even checking.
