Iggy Azalea was spotted leaving Epione Cosmetic Dermatology in Beverly Hills on Thursday.

The 25-year-old rapper, who has been rumoured to have undergone plastic surgery after sporting a slimmer nose and different shaped jaw at the Billboard Awards in May, was seemingly makeup free as she neared a dark vehicle.

She sported a sleeveless white blouse which revealed a glimpse of her slender arms, while doing her best to keep a low profile by hiding her eyes behind a pair of dark sunglasses.

Meanwhile her golden locks were pulled back in a messy updo.

Iggy had previously been spotted leaving the Epione centre earlier this month and also in March.

Her most recent complexion is a change since she stepped out of the building with a reddish face in March.

The purpose of her latest visit to the clinic is unclear, but it's believed she may have had the tattoo of her ex-boyfriend ASAP Rocky's name removed from her left hand.

It is not known if the blonde underwent the laser treatment at the facility, but the clinic does feature tattoo removal on their treatment list, with the cost ranging between $500 and $3,000.

Meanwhile, the singer has been open about being happy to improve on her looks and body in the past, and even spoke out about having a breast enhancement to increase her chest size in March.

She previously told Vogue Magazine about going under the knife for her breast augmentation after deciding she no longer wanted to put up with her 'small' boobs.

'Four months ago, I got bigger boobs! I'd thought about it my entire life,' she explained, before adding she initially didn't want to tell anyone but decided "I wasn't into secret keeping"'.

It was believed that perhaps the Work star had undergone a rhinoplasty procedure, also known as a nose job, for the tip of her nose and the bridge appeared to have been shaved down.

Meanwhile she is preparing to tie the knot with her beau Nick Young after the basketball player popped the question with a ring, worth an estimated $500,000, at his 30th birthday bash last month.

The diamond sparkler, which is 10.43 carats, was custom-made for the Australian beauty and features a dazzling yellow stone in the middle.

The pair first began dating in September 2013.
