Gwyneth says Chris Martin is perfect, she ignores her haters and insists GOOP is a REAL job: What Paltrow told a conference of bloggers (who paid $600 each for the privilege)

Gwyneth Paltrow insists she's just like every other woman and her company Goop is 'actually a real job'.

The 42-year-old was the keynote speaker at a blogging conference for women on Thursday called #blogher15, which cost a whopping $599 for the privilege of hearing the star live.

Paltrow also expressed during the talk how her ex Chris Martin supports her in the best ways possible, both as a former lover and a co-parent.

One exuberant attendee wrote breathlessly on Twitter: 'Gwyneth Paltrow says working on GOOP takes up her "entire day." "It's an actual, real job."'

While another quoted the star commenting about her relationship with the Coldplay rocker: 'I'm really FOR Chris and he's really FOR me.'

And one smitten blogger tweeted about Gwynnie's policy on resolving conflicts with her ex, quoting: 'Even though today you hate me, we're going to brunch!'

Get an indigo bag like Gwyneth

Gwyneth Paltrow was making the rounds in New York this week, making appearances at a blogger conference and hosting a dinner soiree in the Hamptons.

Here, she was the cutest we've seen her in a while, done up in a white high-collar blouse, black blazer and black wooden-heeled boots. It's like the top and bottom of her dressed in one mirror and then the middle, that is, her blue printed skirt and indigo bag, dressed in another.

We like the offbeat pairing, particularly this indigo Celine bag she was carrying. You can't get it online anymore, but thankfully, the Parisian house keeps churning out variations on the theme. Check out the micro luggage handbag with similar handles and zip details, only in a colorblock flourish. Click right and it can be yours.

Deep thoughts: The star shared her wisdom on blogging, relationships, and running her own business

The star also talked about ignoring criticism and hateful comments online, no matter if they generate buzz, as she said: 'I'm more interested in feedback than I am in press'.

Of course in attendance were those just simply star-struck by her presence.

One attendee, under the handle Ponies and Martinis, tweeted: 'Dude. I am sitting 5 feet from Gwyneth Paltrow. I am trying so hard to be cool.'

Paltrow, however, insisted, according to one blogger, that she is really 'an every woman' at heart despite her wealth and fame.

The talk was put on by SheKnows Media in their #blogher15: Experts Among Us series, held in New York.

The cost of attending the event for the average blogger was $599, while for a company prices soared to $999, and yet for a blogger working for an established site it was a mere $399.

In 2008 Paltrow began a lifestyle newsletter called goop, which has since gone on to become a successful lifestyle website and blog.

Meanwhile, the night before Paltrow proved that her split from Martin really was a 'conscious uncoupling' as she partied in the Hamptons alongside her ex at a summer soiree.
