She's juggling a number of new movie projects as well as continuing her campaign to end inequalities for women around the world.

But when Emma Watson isn't busy on set or fighting for justice, she is enjoying time back home in London.

The 25-year-old actress was spotted out and about in the capital on Wednesday, running errands in a casual outfit, a world away from her glam red carpet looks.

Emma was seen dashing into some London shops, emerging with armfuls of bags before heading back to her parked car.

The Harry Potter star was casual but chic in her all-black outfit, teaming loose trousers with a roll-neck jumper.

The actress seemed a little overdressed for the warm weather in London, but did add some summery finishing touches to her look with a pair of tan sandals and some statement retro sunglasses.

Her long hair was pulled up into an elegant top knot and the pretty star sported minimal makeup for her low-key shopping trip.

Emma has been enjoying some rare time off recently, in between working on her new movie, the upcoming live action remake of Beauty And The Beast.

Announcing her huge new role earlier this year, Emma said that her six year old self was 'on the ceiling' as she shared with her Facebook fans that she would play the lead role of Belle.

And, speaking to The Telegraph about the role for the first time recently, the actress revealed that the role will be a challenging one because it involves singing.

'I sing, so that's really unexpected,' she confessed. 'I've never had to do that for a film role before, and I think people will be interested to see me do something very different like that.

'It gives me a different challenge, really. That's terrifying in and of itself!'

As well as the hotly anticipated Disney remake, the talented actress has also signed up to thriller The Circle, which co-stars Hollywood legend Tom Hanks.

The film is currently in pre-production but it sounds like Emma and Tom are already getting along famously, as the actress took to Twitter a week ago to wish the 59-year-old a very happy birthday.

As well as building up her acting credits, busy Emma has also been making great strides in her role as an advocate for ending inequalities for women around the world, gaining worldwide attention this year for the HeForShe campaign.
