Julianne Moore leaves her role in Nicole Holofcener's Can You Ever Forgive Me days before production begins
Julianne Moore has dropped out of a film.
The 54-year-old actress has decided not to star in Nicole Holofcener-directed drama Can You Ever Forgive Me, which she had agreed to be a part of back in April, according to Variety.
The movie was set to begin production next week.

The film also stars Chris O’Dowd.
Reportedly, the mother of two is no longer a part of the Fox Searchlight project due to creative differences.
Moore was pegged to play the roll of lead character Lee Israel. The film is based on the late author's 2008 memoir of the same name.

They are currently seeking to replace the Oscar winner.
Holofecener wrote her own script based on the book.
The drama details Israel’s 1992 scandal in which she began forging letters she claimed were from late actors and directors.
After the forgeries ‘raised suspicion’ Israel proceeded to steal actual letters and documents and sell them in an attempt to perpetuate the fallacy.
The following year, Israel plead guilty to conspiracy to transport stolen property. She served six months in prison. The discredited author later died of melanoma on her 75th birthday in December 2014.

She's in the Rebecca Miller directed Maggies Plan.

On November 20 Moore will also appear on the big screen in the the Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2.
The former daytime soap opera star will play the role of President Alma Coin, of District 13. She is somewhat a revolutionary as her character is also the leader of the rebellion against the Capitol.
The action-packed film will also feature the late Philip Seymour Hoffman, Elizabeth Banks, Jennifer Lawrence and Donald Sutherland, among others.
