'I just wish that we all could be respectful to one another regardless of our opinions, especially if they differ from one another,' the TV star said.

'I just wish people would say, "Good! You have your opinion and I have mine, but let's still be nice and kind."'

Bure has been on the show with Whoopi Goldberg, Raven-Symoné and Nicolle Wallace.

Often the actress expresses her conservative Christian beliefs.

She received backlash when on July 7 she defended an Oregon bakery's decision not to make a lesbian couple's wedding cake.

'I don’t think this is discrimination at all. This is about freedom of association,' she said.

'It's about constitutional rights. It's about First Amendment rights. We do have the right to still choose who we associate with.'

Co-host Raven-Symoné, 29, then got rude. 'I refuse to associate with you right now!' she lashed out.

'It can be tricky and difficult," Bure told ET.

'I admit even a few of the days that I was on, there were a lot of hurtful comments.'

It's good that Candace has something else to focus on now.

On Thursday she went to work on Netflix's Full House reboot.

'It revolves around my character, D.J., who now has three kids but is widowed,' she said.
