Author Carol Ann Lee tells what happened on night of White House Farm massacre

EXCLUSIVE: Crime writer Carol Ann Lee has reinvestigated the Essex murders of three generations of his own family by Jeremy Bamber, pictured left after his arrest and with his girlfriend Julia Mugford (top right) at the family's funeral. Bamber claims that his schizophrenic sister, Sheila Caffell, pictured standing left of the car with her then husband Colin Caffell (middle) and father Nevill Bamber (far right), killed their parents and her six-year-old sons, before turning the .22 rifle (bottom right) on herself. Lee studied thousands of documents and interviewed detectives who worked on the case to create this reconstruction of what really happened at White House Farm.

Was THAT Nazi salute filmed by the Queen's own father? Palace says future George VI 'highly likely' to have shot images as it launches probe to establish whether leak was 'criminal activity'

Was THAT Nazi salute filmed by the Queen's own father?

Buckingham Palace is urgently trying to establish whether 'criminal activity' was involved in the leaking of the controversial images as it emerges future King George VI (right) could have been the man behind the camera. Sources said there were fears the 20-second film dating from 1933 may have been copied or stolen by a member of staff at a Royal archive then sold to a newspaper. Surprisingly, the Palace is unaware of exactly where the clip came from, with one senior courtier saying: 'Nobody is familiar with this footage.' In the film, the seven-year-old Princess Elizabeth (main, second from left) is seen giving what appears to be a Nazi salute with her sister Margaret (second from right), their mother (left) and their uncle, who would become Edward VIII (right).
